FOOD CONNECTION

Food Connection is an nonprofit organization that collects surplus fresh meals from restaurants, caterers, and institutions, and community partners who feed those in need, in order to reduce waste and ease the pain of immediate hunger. Food Connection operates in Charlotte, NC, Black Mountain, NC, and Asheville, NC. Thus far, Food Connection has rescued and delivered over 100,00 fresh meals and delivered them to people in need.
